The Korean COVID-19 Multi-omics Project
Integrated analysis of time-series multi-omics data and application in artificial intelligence
What is the KCMO?
KCMO is a comprehensive platform for researchers and clinicians focused on COVID-19, offering not only tools for data analysis and prediction through AI and time-series multi-omics data but also providing preprocessed datasets for convenience. It streamlines the process of identifying vital biomarkers and enhances understanding of the disease. Designed for easy integration into research workflows, this platform supports shared insights and fosters a collaborative scientific community, making advanced data resources readily accessible to contribute towards global COVID-19 research efforts.
Our Goal
Our goal is to enhance the analysis and utilization of multi-omics data through the development of a refined analysis pipeline, the creation of a searchable database, and the examination of the relationship between data patterns and disease severity using time-series information. Additionally, we aim to develop AI-based models for severity prediction and a web-based platform for data exploration and analysis. These efforts aim to deepen our understanding of disease mechanisms and support precision medicine.
Our Projects
KCMO projects conduct in-depth time-series analyses using a variety of omics data, systematically illuminating the immune responses that change according to the disease progression in individual patients. Through this approach, we explore and identify crucial biomarkers that can predict the development and course of the disease. This method is crucial for providing personalized diagnostic and treatment strategies, as it enables a comprehensive understanding of disease-related immune responses.
